2 Cucumbers
2 Bunches (yes bunches) of celery
1 Handful of Dandelion Greens
1 Handful of Sunflower Sprouts
5 Kale Leaves
2-3 Green Apples
1 Lemon
Optional: 2 oz. of Wheatgrass (to be mixed with green drink at the end)
Juice & Enjoy!
